What is the ideal minimum income and credit score needed to apply?
Ideally, 3X times the rent in income and a 580 or above credit score are the minimum standards for applying.
How long does the application process take and is there a fee?
Our application process takes between 1 to 3 business days to complete. If submitted after business hours, the process will start the following business day. The application fee is $75.
Can you explain the application process and my chances of getting approved?
All applications will go through a screening process. This process consists of:
1. You submit your application online
2. You receive a confirmation email with the link to pay the application fee
3. You will receive a request to approve credit and background check
4. Your employers and former landlords will be contacted for references
5. If your application gets to this stage, you will be asked to attend a virtual interview with the property manager.
