FAQ

Ideally, 3X times the rent in income and a 580 or above credit score are the minimum standards for applying.

Our application process takes between 1 to 3 business days to complete. If submitted after business hours, the process will start the following business day. The application fee is $75.

All applications will go through a screening process. This process consists of:

1. You submit your application online

2. You receive a confirmation email with the link to pay the application fee

3. You will receive a request to approve credit and background check

4. Your employers and former landlords will be contacted for references

5. If your application gets to this stage, you will be asked to attend a virtual interview with the property manager.

Your chances of approval are based on the merits of your application. To find a list of common reasons someone might be declined, please visit our application on our website. To maximize the likelihood of approval, please be sure to submit your application with all requested documents to ensure a smooth and quick application process.
